SHEER KHURMA RECIPE

Today I am here with the recipe of Sheer Khurma as a lot of my friends and guests who came to my home wanting to know the recipe, as soon as they tasted it. So let's begin: Prep Time: 10 mins Cooking Time: 20 mins Serves: 6-8 Individuals Ingredients: Sewaiyaan- 125 gms Milk- 1.5 litres Dry Fruits- Dry Roasted and Chopped Cardamom- 3- 4 Pods (crushed or powdered) Kewra Water- 3-4 drops Sugar- 8 tbsp Method: 1. Take a pan or kadhai and dry roast the sewaiyaan till they turn light brown in colour. You can roast it with 2-3 tbps of ghee however I preferred to dry roast them. Once the sewaiyaan turns light brown in colour, turn off the flame and keep it aside. Sewaiyaan Crush the Sewaiyaan and add into the pan Dry roast the Sewaiyaan on low flame 2.
